1-Dec	Burt Business Appreciation Christmas Coffee & Lions Club Santa Day; Burt businesses host a Christmas coffee with drawings for many prizes at the Burt Community Center from 1:00 - 3:00pm. The Lions Club host a Santa Day at the same time and place for the children. Bags of candy are distributed and fire truck rides are given by the Burt Fire Department; Burt
2-Dec	"It's A Wonderful Life in Whittemore - A Walk Along Broad Street"; Businesses annual holiday open house. Numerous door prizes with refreshments and treats await those who stroll along Broad Street. Santa meets with the children, and fireworks following the event. 22-Dec	Santa Claus Day; Children are invited to visit Santa one last time before the big event! By magic, Santa appears at the Whittemore Fire Station at 10:00 a.m. and listens to all final requests! 22-Dec	Businesses "Merchant's Appreciation" Pre-register holiday prize drawings for merchandise donated by local businesses and individuals. The drawing begins @ 11:00 am at Bonnstetter Auto Body Shop. Must be over 18 years of age and present to win. Limit one prize per household.
