described as follows: Commencing at the South Quarter corner of
said Section 19; thence North along South Quarter line of said Section
19 for a distance of 33.0 feet; thence East parallel to the South
line of said Section 19 for a distance of 33.0 feet to the point
of beginning; thence due North parallel to the South Quarter line
of said Section 19 for a distance of 820.0 feet; thence North 89°
46’ E for a distance of 1271.7 feet; thence South 0° 26’
East for a distance of 820.0 feet; thence South 89° 47’
West parallel to the South line of said Section 19 for a distance
of 1278.8 feet to the point of beginning. Said described tract contains
24.00 acres, more or less. EXCEPT THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED

Commencing at the South quarter corner of said Section 19, thence

Southeast Quarter of Section 19 a distance of 33.00 feet; thence

to the point of beginning; thence North 0° 12’ 45”
East along the East right-of-way line of the public highway a
distance of 400.00 feet; thence North 90° 00’ 00”
East a distance of 250.00 feet; thence South 0° 12’
45” West a distance of 400.00 feet to the North right-of-way
of U.S. Highway Number 18; thence North 90° 00’ 00”
West a distance of 250.00 feet along the North right-of-way line
of U.S. Highway Number 18 to the point of beginning, containing

as follows: Commencing at the South Quarter corner of Section

line of said Southeast Quarter a distance of 33.00 feet; thence

line of U.S. Highway 18 a distance of 283 feet to the point of

beginning; thence continuing N 0° 21.9’ E, 24.8 feet
along the east line of the SW ¼ of the SE ¼ of said
Section 19: thence N 89° 14.0’ W, 554.1 feet; thence
S 76º 03.6’ W, 103.4 feet; thence S 89° 21.4’
E, 654.3 feet to the point of beginning. Said parcel contains

Railroad Company line to 25th Street, which property is also identified
as including but not limited to the following additions to the Corporate
City Limits of Emmetsburg commonly referred to as : “W.J.
Brown’s 3rd and 4th Addition(s)” and the “Chicago-Milwaukee
and St. Paul Addition” and “Alaiel’s Addition”
and “Joyces’ First, Second, and Third Addition(s)”
to the City of Emmetsburg, lying respectively in Section 25, Township
96 North, Range 33 West and that property lying in Section 30, Township
96 North, Range 32 West of the 5th Principal Meridian in Palo Alto
County, Iowa.

90 degrees 0.0 minutes West 1382.3 feet to a point on the West
line of said NW ¼; thence South 0 degrees 0.5 minutes West

the Iowa Highway 4 which was condemned by the Iowa State Highway
