Develop leadership skills of participants by identifying effective leadership strategies. Discussion will include defining leadership, five steps for establishing leadership, and defining power/accountability.

Communicating Effectively
This session introduces you to practical advice for improving the style, tone, clarity and overall effectiveness of your written and oral communication. You will also learn how to prepare common types of messages such as requests, and you will receive a brush up on your grammar skills.

Electrical Exam Prep
Attention Electricians! Be aware the licensing law is changing effective 1-1-08. This 12-hour course is designed to prepare you for the Journeyman Electrician, Master Electrician, or Electrical Inspector exams, or take this class for a good review of the electrical code. Bring your 2005 National Electrical Code (NEC) book and calculator. We will cover the code tables and calculations that are essential to understand for any exam that is based on the electrical code.
